a quick update…
Not much has been going on lately… been kinda quite and relaxing the past few days… havent had too much work to do regarding school which has been nice after the past 2 weeks…. but this is just a lull in the storm… im trying to get all of my homework for this week and next monday and tuesday done this week as i may be going to the University of Tennessee this weekend to visit Rachel who i havent seen in about 5 years since we moved from Millington back to Newport News… Then next week is when all the fun begins… I have a programming project where we get to add threads to our GUI ATM application… i believe it is due on the 4th of November.. then in about 3 weeks from today we have a digital design project due which is to design an asynchronous digital logic circuit which looks like a lot of fun 
also throw in the misc homework assignments and what not… Engineering is not for the faint of heart and those who do not like to do that much work… but i am enjoying it….
We have a game this thursday against Clemson… should be an interesting game…
Submitted my course request for next semester… 6 classes… thats 2 more than i have had the past 2 semesters so i am going to have to get used to taking that many classes again… you can see what my schedule will look like if you view my calendar for the month of January… Below are the following classes i am taking next semester:
- Large scale software design
- Microprocessor system design
- Intro to Data Structures and OO programming (CS 2605, a preq for tech electives i want to take)
- Engineering economy
- Technical Writing
- Statistics for Engineers
Should be a fun semester… engineering econ, stat, and tech writing are not very hard classes, just somewhat time consuming… the two main classes next semester will be large scale software and microprocessor… so we will see how it goes…
